FAQ

Do I need to own land before I talk to you about building?

No. If you already own land, call and we will talk about what you want to build on it. If you are still looking for land, call first anyway — Christine works as both Realtor and builder, so she can help you think about a lot with the build in mind, before you buy the wrong one.

How much does it cost to build a new home?

It depends on the size of the home, the design, the finishes you choose, and the land itself, so no honest builder can give you a real number without knowing your project. What you will get from us is a clear budget conversation up front — the numbers discussed before construction starts, not surprises after. Call with your lot and your rough idea, and we will start there.

What kinds of renovations do you take on?

We run full home renovations — demolition, structural and systems work, finishes, and inspections, managed in the right order from start to finish. Our renovation at 15 Square Circle in Locust Grove, shown on the Renovations page, is an example of that full scope. If your project is not a fit, you will hear that straight on the first call.

How much will my renovation cost?

It depends on the scope of the work, the condition of the home, and the finishes you choose, so a real price comes after we understand your home — not before. What you can count on is a price in writing before the work begins. Call and describe your home, and we will talk about the next step toward that written price.

Can I sell my home as-is?

Yes. Sometimes the right move is to sell as-is instead of renovating first, and Christine will tell you plainly when that is the better call for your home and your timing. The home is then priced and presented for what it is. Call and we will weigh both routes together.

I also need to buy my next home. Can you help with both?

Yes. Christine represents buyers and sellers, so one conversation can plan both moves — selling your current home and buying your next one. And as a buyer, you get the same builder's eye: spotting the repair that is cosmetic and the one that is costly, before you make an offer. Call 678-542-0292 to talk through both sides.
